# **CraneWorks Coiled Tubing Support Trailer with Tote Racks and Cabin (Generator-Ready)**
## **Trailer Specifications**
48’ drop deck (10’ upper deck) 80,000# distributed frame capacity 102” wide
Lower deck flooring will be 3/16” treadplate that tapers to a center trough capable of containing 300 gallons of fluid. Center trough will have a bar grate flooring for easy access and a single 3⁄4” drain.
Upper deck will have standard 3/16” treadplate flooring
Crossmembers 4” x 3.19# per ft. all steel I-beams on 12” centers
Side rails 6”x 8.2# per ft. structural channel
Main beams Hi-tensile steel fabricated I-beam, top flanges 3/8”X6”, bottom Flanges 1⁄2” X 5”.
18” Kingpin setting, Fontaine 2-speed landing Estimated weight 12,545 lbs.
## Trailer Equipment
Upper deck shall be equipped with (2) 10’ removable riser racks with each rack able to hold (2) 5-1/8” risers
There shall be two locking chain and boomer racks at the end of the upper deck.
There shall be steps and hand rails leading from the lower deck to the upper deck.
Trailer shall have (6) Telescopic light poles with Magnafire 5000, 750 watt Halogen work lights.
